Google Apps Migration  FAQ

Question
I've completed my mail server migration to Google Apps, but I can't receive email anymore. I also can't access http://mail.{mydomain}. What am I missing?

Answer
If you've created your Google Apps administrator account, set up all your accounts, and have your DNS records updated so that your mail is now pointing to Google Apps, but you still can't receive mail, you're most likely missing one last step: changing your URL in Google Apps to mail.{mydomain} (e.g. mail.instantestore.com).

1. Log into your Google Apps Administrator account.
2. Click the Email link.
3. At General -> Web address, click the Change URL link and choose/set the mail.{mydomain} option. This way, you can access webmail for your accounts from mail.{mydomain} as well.
